Spring & Detent Clutches may be assembled so that they engage every 360º for timing drives.
  • Hubs with large bore, special O.D., or cam surface on O.D. are available.
  • Models DC can have the Hubs locked in place so that they cannot be removed from clutch (used in screw conveyor applications).
  • Torques of 200 or 225 in. pds. are available on all Spring & Detent Clutches.

  • Models TB can have the pulley, sprocket, or gear manufactured directly into the clutch to give a single unit drive with torque protection.



    Availability and ordering information
    Pulleys, sprockets and gears for all models of Protek-Sure are available from factory stock. When ordering, indicate the model they are to be used with for proper bore. Write or e-mail us for prices.

    Many O.E.M. requirements differ from factory dimensions. The factory is equipped to make either minor or major changes in clutches in limited or large quantities.
    		• Special torque limiter with Delrin AF clutch facings

    Model 1FC
  • Models 1FC & 2FC can have Delrin AF Clutch Facings for super smooth and accurate disengagement and slippage.
  • Extra springs are available for increased torque.
  • Special coil springs are available for low torque frequent slippage or drag applications.
