Sportster like no other, this 1967 vintage XLCH has been completely rebuilt
and customized from the ground up. It "Snorts" loud and clear through a
high-temp-coated collector exhaust system. And, it "Sports" a unique single
downtube frame by Ed Gillies, spun aluminum wheels with anodize coating
and show-stopping Performance Machine triple disk brakes.
Of special note are the alloy oil tank, rear fender struts, generator housing

This
is a hard-core machine from the "Iron Age" of motorcycling: cast iron cylinder
heads, kickstarting and magneto ignition. The 1962 model year XLCH engine
has been enlarged to 61 cubic inches and the entire machine treated to
a weight reduction program: numerous hand crafted billet aluminum
pieces with lightening holes, solo seat, alloy oil tank. The front suspension
is truly one-of a kind and with the high-mounted headlight gives a "Cyclops"
appearance as fearsome as the performance of this no-nonsense ride.
The
chassis has been extensively modernized with mag-style one piece wheels,
front and rear disc brakes, and a unique Gillies rear softail suspension.
